Integrity Watch is an Afghan civil society organization committed to increase transparency, accountability, and integrity in Afghanistan.
Integrity Watch works with local communities, officials, public representatives, and private sector actors to fight against corruption and empower citizens to act with integrity and demand accountability from all actors making decisions that stand to have an impact on their lives. Integrity Watch trains and mentors’ members of local communities to monitor humanitarian aid and education and healthcare service. It conducts policy-relevant research to better inform decision-makers and Afghan citizens in this regard. Integrity Watch works closely with civil society organizations to build their technical capacity to oversee humanitarian aid and provision of healthcare and education services, and to strengthen their internal organizational practices. Integrity Watch engages in evidence-based advocacy for the adoption of policies and practices that increase transparency, accountability, and integrity in Afghanistan.
The Database Development Assistant will be responsible for maintaining and developing online database of Integrity Watch and make sure that it functions properly. Furthermore, he/she will support Database Specialist in other database activities including reporting, data accuracy check,
User and role management and other related tasks and activities when and as assigned and necessary.
